Athena Media was founded in 2018 by Noeline Arulgnanendran and is based in McLean, Virginia. Noeline brings more than a decade of experience working in the political, economic and public policy consulting, and non-profit sectors to her current role. She has worked with corporations, political candidates, elected officials, issue advocacy groups and non-profits. Noeline is an Economics graduate of The University of Chicago.
